Testimonials

Dear Jim,
Thank you so much for joining the NHSO for the Family Concerts last weekend. Your expertise and style were the perfect fit for this program. Your creativity and choreography added so much to the show. I’m sorry we did not have a bigger crowd to appreciate this program - - but those that were there gave glowing reviews!!! (Many singled you out as being a “great teacher!”) I hope that we can collaborate again in the future.
Thank you!

Dear Jim,
Thank you so much for playing such a central role in our Second Saturdays for Families program this weekend! You, Willow and Jim were just fabulous… so engaging and responsive to questions. Since I don’t have their emails, would you give them my thanks again? I loved watching children dance under your direction. The smiles on their faces were priceless! We had about 350 people in attendance, which is great for a gorgeous holiday weekend.
Many, many thanks for so quickly putting together the band!

Hi Jim,
I was one of the organizers and hadn’t square danced in 50 years.  You made it so easy.  Your voice carried and was perfectly pitched / cadenced; you zoned in on the dancers’ strengths and weaknesses straight away and knew what to do.   Bands sound pretty much the same, TBH, but the caller makes all the difference. If we do this again—and there’s strong sentiment for a repeat in the spring—we hope you will call for us.
All the best,
Sandra

Dear Jim,
Thank you again for a wonderful evening of contra dances and for working so well with David, Eric, and Rebecca last Saturday, September 10. It was a treat to have you call for our dance. I am sure you could tell from looking at the faces of the dancers that everyone was having a good time.
With appreciation and gratitude,
Beth
